The 32-year-old is extremely close to her mother Kate Robbins, but took to Instagram to reveal they won’t be able to spend Christmas Day together.

Posting a throwback snap of them together, Emily wrote on Christmas Eve: “Gutted to be having my first Christmas away from mum.

“But she’s alive so I won’t complain too much. It’s just all a bit s**t isn’t it! F*** you Covid. Merry Christmas everyone.”

Emily then shared a snap of her dog Penny asleep on the sofa and joked: “Praying that by tomorrow Penny will know how to play Monopoly…”

Earlier in the day, Emily dazzled fans with a glam new selfie as she admitted that she “needs some sun”.

The Inbetweeners star, 32, took to Instagram to share a stunning throwback pic.

In the picture Emily looks stunning as ever with a face full of glam make-up.

The star opted for a smokey eye look, nude lip and some popping highlight.

She styled her blonde locks into some loose beach waves as her hair fell into a side parting.

The star opted for a low cut vest top and an oversized white shirt.

Emily told her 1.8m followers: “Need some sun and zero covid vibes asap hehe.”
