Sara Ali Khan is known to be a fitness freak. She is someone who always take cares of her health and diet. She recently revealed that she got her periods and was feeling tired, lazy, not very motivated and bloated. But she decided to push herself and not let her periods be an excuse to skip her workout session that will eventually make her feel better mentally, physically and hormonally. From cycling, peforming HIIT and burpees to pilates, Sara was seen sweating out in the gym like never before.
